Reservation and ticketing
The reservation and ticketing department is established at our present offices which are located in the center of Brussels with very good access to the public, at Brussels airport at our counter; in the Netherlands at Amsterdam Airport at our counter in terminal 3 and in our office at Triport 1 where most of the airline are situated; we are also in Germany with our office in Düsseldorf.
All staff is fully trained to IATA airline standards and is fully conversant with fares and ticketing procedures. The following staffing levels are proposed as necessary in order to fulfill effective sales and marketing base for the represented airlines growth of sales originating in the respected markets. RAS Royal Aviation Services provide dedicated telephone lines and staff to answer and act in the airline's own identity.
In order to render this good service RAS Royal Aviation Services has his own office at Zaventem National Airport located at the departure lounge, and in Terminal 3 at Amsterdam Airport for international flights.

The carrier identifications are placed on the outside windows and displays are exposed on the ticket counters. Each represented carrier has its own designated telephone and fax number.
Along with the modern installations, and the most sophisticated communication central we have 100 telephone lines.
RAS Royal Aviation Services maintain close supervision and control of all ticketing activities including
· BSP and direct sales revenue and fare control

· Providing an accounting administration function including invoicing with debtor control
